NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of June, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 004867, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and DAVID F. MARKHAM, JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., , UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID F. MARKHAM, JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 20th day of September, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 5, block e, ida-k subdivision, second addition, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book 12, page 21, public records of manatee county, florida.
