You are notified that an action to Quiet Title to the following real property located in Manatee County, Florida:
ALL LANDS LYING WESTERLY OF THE EAST LINE OF LOTS 7 & 8, BLOCK 4, ILEXHURST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND NORTH OF A LINE LYING PARALLEL TO AND 83.00 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 5 AND 8, OF SAID BLOCK 4, ILEXHURST SUBDIVISION, LESS THAT PART LYING SEAWARD OF THE EROSION CONTROL LINE ESTABLISHED BY RESOLUTION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1403, PAGE 2720. (the “Property”)
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on David H. Rosenberg, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 1626 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 500, Sarasota, Florida 34236, on or before October 10, 2011 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
