Unit 174-C, SHADYBROOK VILLAGE, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 982, Page 774, and as amended per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 10, Page 153 and 154, as amended, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; the street address of which is 1009 Longfellow Court Sarasota, FL 34243.
