Unit 40. 1006 in Building 10 of TOWNHOMES AT LIGHTHOUSE COVE VI, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 2179 at Page 3423 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, as amended; the street address of which is 214 Cape Harbour Loop #106 Bradenton, FL 34212
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on: SCOTT K. PETERSEN, ESQUIRE (VK) Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: Becker & Poliakoff, PA 6230 University Parkway,
Suite 240 Sarasota, FL 34240 within 30 days of the fist date of publication, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter.
