Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on June 02, 2011, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on August 24, 2011, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 3, BLOCK E, GREENFIELD PLANTATION PHASE I SUBDIVISION OLD GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 166 THRU 186 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida, on September 27, 2011 at 11:00 AM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
