NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed August 19th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-007998, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and JOSE L. ROBAINA A/K/A JOSE LUIS ROBAINA, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through, under or against JOSE L. ROBAINA a/k/a JOSE LUIS ROBAINA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSE L. ROBAINA a/k/a JOSE LUIS ROBAINA; YANELIS JUVIER, a married woman; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF YANELIS JUVIER; JOHN DOE; MARY DOE, AND/OR ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN; SARABAY WOODS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 30th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 45, BLOCK A, SARABAY WOODS SUBDIVISION, ACCORIDNG TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 34 THROUGH 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
