NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated April 14, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 2010-CA-007218, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and LAUREL MIHM, ET AL., are Defendants.
The Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 22nd day of September, 2011 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 15, HOLIDAY HEIGHTS, FIRST ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
