INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA2 MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA2, is the Plaintiff and JODI KULLER; LELY PINES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 22nd day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
