NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 22nd day of August, 2011, in Civil Action No. 10-04368-CC, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which MARGARET A. COFRANCESCO is the Defendant, and MERIDIAN CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of September, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT NO. 1202, MERIDIAN CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 909, AT PAGE 928 THROUGH 981, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE UNIT INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED SHARE OF COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS RESERVED FOR EACH UNIT THEREIN.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
