NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 19th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-004322, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and LOUISIANA MENA, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. FOR TAYLOR, BEAN & WHITAKER MORTGAGE CORPORATION, JANE DOE, JOHN DOE and MARTIN MENA IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 AM on the 19th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 261, FOREST PARK, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE(S) 49-55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
