NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 22nd day of August, 2011, in Civil Action No. 11-00324-CC, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which DARRELL G. POSER, a single man is the Defendant, and LELY PINES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the First Floor Atrium of the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19 day of September, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 32, Lely Pines fka The Hamlet, Unit 3, a Condominium, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 455, Pages 280 through 352, amended Declaration in Condominium Book 1678, Page 2364, inclusive,of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida and subsequent amendments thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
