Notice is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 22nd day of September, 2011, at 11:00 AM At Collier County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st Floor, Hugh Hayes Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Collier County, Florida:
That certain Condominium parcel composed of Unit 05-202, Phase 1, QUINCY SQUARE AT MADISON PARK, a Condominium, according to the Plat of Madison Park, as recorded in Plat Book 42, Pages 1 through 13, and an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, restrictions, terms and other provisions of the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4081, Page 2983 et. seq., of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida, and subsequent amendments thereto.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
