Summit Place Real Property, Summit Place Collateral, and all permits, approvals, refunds, deposits, impact fee credits and other property, contracts, and entitlements secured by the Summit Place Assignment (as such terms are defined in the Verified Complaint). The Property will be sold free and clear of all claims of the Defendants. The legal description of the Summit Place Real Property, situated in Collier County, Florida is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A.
