Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2011, and entered in 1101151CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida , wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-OPT4, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-OPT4, is the Plaintiff and JULIA BOTANA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, et al are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, 1st Floor Atrium, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on September 19 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 105 FEET OF TRACT 74, GOLDEN GATES ESTATES, UNIT 12, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGES 105 AND 106, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
