NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 23, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-002584 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC 2005-HE1 MORTGAGE PASSTHROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HE1 is the Plaintiff and CESAR F. DIAZ A/K/A CEASER F. DIAZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; TENANT #1 N/K/A LISA KAELIN, and TENANT #2 N/K/A HAROLD KAELIN are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 19th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
