NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 19th day of October, 2010, in Civil Action No. 09-01718-CA, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which DIANNA ROSSER, is the Defendant, and DLJ MORTGAGE CAPITAL, INC., is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Atrium. on the 1st floor Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of September, 2011, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Collier County, Florida:
