notice is hereby given Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2010, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004211 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as trustee under the pooling and servicing agreement relating to Impac Secured Assets Corp., Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-2., is the Plaintiff and Luis Perez, Dania Quinones, Cesar L. Ramos, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for Impac Funding Corporation DBA Impac Lending Group, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 22 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THE NORTH 180 FEET OF TRACT 86, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 81, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 PAGES 19 AND 20 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
