Ortiz a/k/a Yunier Ortiz, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Crevecor Mortgage, Inc., The Unknown Spouse of Yunier E. Ortiz a/k/a Yunier Ortiz n/k/a Yesevia Yoreadn, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 22nd day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 11, BLOCK 100, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THEPLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 97 THROUGH 105, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
