NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 23, 2011, and entered in Case No. 1003278CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and JEFFREY BUSH, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the IN THE ATRIUM ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, NAPLES, FL 34112, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 147, WATERWAYS OF NAPLES, UNIT 4, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 31, Pages 39 through 42, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
