NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 7, 2008 and entered in Case No. 08-00945-CC of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Heritage Bay Golf & Country Club, Inc is Plaintiff, and Robert J. Patteri is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the 1st floor , Atrium of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 19th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
UNIT 211 IN BUILDING 2 OF VERANDA I AT HERITAGE BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4076, PAGE 542, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
