Thence continue N 89°40'50” W for a distance of 65.00 feet along said dividing line; thence N 47°36'36” E for a distance of 88.46 feet to the West line of the East 30 feet of said North 1/2 of said Tract 101; thence S 00°19'10” W for a distance of 60.00 feet along said West line of said East 30 feet to the Point of Beginning.
