AND ALSO, THAT PART OF THE EAST 210.0 FEET OF THE WEST 505.2 FEET OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF SECTION 1, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST LYING SOUTH OF THE PUBLIC ROAD, LESS THE WEST 95.0 FEET THEREOF
and commonly known as: 6833 DURANT ROAD, PLANT CITY, FL 33567; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on September 22, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
