Notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 25, 2010 in Civil Case No.:08-CA-014065, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and, LYNDA KIGER; IRVING HISAAC; MARILYNN PASK ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, 2nd floor, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00AM, on September 27, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 20 OF SUBURB ROYAL SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND A STRIP OF LAND OPPOSITE LOT 19 OF BLOCK 20 OF SUBURB ROYAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, WHICH SAID STRIP OF LAND LIES BETWEEN RIVERSIDE DRIVE AND THE HILLSBOROUGH RIVER, THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF WHICH IS ESTABLISHED BY PROJECTING THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN LOTS 18 AND 19 OF BLOCK 20 IS SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION FROM THE WESTERN BOUNDARY OF RIVERSIDE DRIVE TO THE HILLSBOROUGH RIVER AND THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF WHICH IS ESTABLISHED BY PROJECTING THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOTS 19 AND 20 OF BLOCK 20 IN A SOUTHWESTERLY DIRECTION FROM THE WEST BOUNDARY OF RIVERSIDE DRIVE TO THE HILLSBOROUGH RIVER, AS SUCH BOUNDARIES APPEAR FROM THE AFORESAID MAP OR PLAT OF SUBURB ROYAL SUBDIVISION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
