Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the order Granting Plaintiff's Ex-Parte Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered August 22, 2011 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 16, BLOCK 3, RANCH LAKE ESTATES UNIT NO. 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 78, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2514 Ranch Lake Circle, Lutz, Florida 33559, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602., on September 26, 2011, at 2:00 P.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
