Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered August 18, 2011 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
ALL OF LOT 16, AND THE WEST 1.4 FEET OF LOT 15 AND THE EAST 21.6 FEET OF LOT 17, IN BLOCK 18, OF GROVE PARK ESTATES, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2107 West Norfolk Street, Tampa, FL 33604, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602., on September 30, 2011, at 10:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
