NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment dated August 4, 2011, entered in Civil Case No. 29-2011-CA-3919 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DARIEN J. PEASE, IF LIVING AND IF DEAD, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST DARIEN J. PEASE, JOHN DOE, n/k/a CORY L. HARVEY, AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION, are defendants, the Clerk shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, at the George E.
