NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated August 23, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-016192 Div C of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., ALSO KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., FORMERLY KNOWN AS WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB, FORMERLY KNOWN AS WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB , Plaintiff, and TAHYNA FIGUEROA a/k/a TAHYNA GONZALEZ, BRYAN GONZALEZ, TOWNHOMES OF SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, I, SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, STATE OF FLORIDA, Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 27, 2011, at 10:00 AM, at 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 31, of SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 2, PHASE 1 AND 2, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 93, Page 10, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS.
