NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated August 17, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-016872 Div H of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit, in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, where in WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB f/k/a WORLD SAVINGS BANK, FSB, Plaintiff, and CHAD H. STURGEON, EUGENE GOMEZ, WINDSOR PLACE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., Defendant, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on September 22, 2011, AT 10:00 AM, at 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 9, Windsor Place at Citrus Park, Phase 2, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 91, Page 28, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
