NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2010, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-028911, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and KENDRICK PITTS, KARLENE PITTS, BELMONT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 2:00 p.m., on the 27th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 69, BLOCK 5, BELMONT PHASE 1A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 112, PAGE 62 THROUGH 83 , INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
