LOT 74, IN BLOCK B, OF QUAIL RIDGE NORTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, AT 34, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 11201 CROSSMILL DR, TAMPA, FL 33625; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on September 28, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
