BOUTON AND SKINNERS ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA LOT BEGINNING 50.2 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 13, AND RUN EAST 62.68 FEET; NORTH 12.47 FEET; NORTHEASTERLY 39.45 FEET MORE OR LESS TO A POINT 17.4 FEET SOUTH AND 7.3 FEET WEST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 14; WEST 96.7 FEET AND SOUTH 32.4 FEET TO BEGINNING, BLOCK 20, PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2339W BEACH ST, TAMPA, FL 33607; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 202 Tampa, Florida, on November 3, 2011 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
