Notice is hereby given that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 8, 2010 in Civil Case No.: 09-CA-030721, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, JUAN COBOS AND TANIA RODRIGUEZ-COBOS; TANIA RODRIGUEZ; PROVIDENCE LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC ; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for at 10 A.M. on the 27 day of September, 2011 in ROOM 201/202, IN THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, 2ND FLOOR, 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33602., the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, Block “C”, PROVIDENCE LAKES PARCEL “MF” PHASE II, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 76, Page(s) 7, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
