Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered August 25, 2011 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 4, BLOCK 20, OF WEDGEWOOD TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 110, PAGES 149 THROUGH 153, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3125 Royal Tuscan Lane, Valrico, Florida 33594, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602, on October 6, 2011, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
