Assignee of Market Street Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and DAWN CLEMENTS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAWN CLEMENTS n/k/a MICHAEL CLEMENTS, AVALON BUILDING CORPORATION OF TAMPA BAY, NATHAN JUREWICZ and SANCTUARY ON LIVINGSTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Second Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, on the 28th day of September, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., the following described property:
