Book 4611, Page 1224, of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with any and all Amendments thereto, as from time to time may be filed of record; and according to the Condominium Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Page 63-1 and 65-2, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 8, Page 4-1 and 4-2, of the public records aforesaid; together with an undivided share or interest in the common Elements appurtenant thereto.
