NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated January 6, 2011, entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-009168 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Jolene Dirocco; Daniel Dirocco; Renaissance Villas Condominium Association, Inc., are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 2 P.M., on September 15, 2011, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to wit:
Unit No. B203-202 of RENAISSANCE VILLAS A CONDOMINIUM according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 15820 at page 1951 as amended by Amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded January 17, 2006 in Official Records Book 15997 at page 0921 as further amended by Second Amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded February 1, 2006 in Official Records Book 16066 at page 210 and as further amended by Third Amendment to the Declaration of Condominium recorded February 14, 2006 in Official Records Book 16110 at page 1340 all in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
