Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit Week(s) No. 1 & 2 in Condominium Unit 213A (the “Condominium Unit”) of LIMETREE BEACH RESORT, A CONDOMINIUM, in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium of Limetree Beach Resort, a Condominium, recorded in O.R. Vol. 1425, Page 1524, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as amended by that Third Amendment recorded in O.R. Vol. 1464, Page 2010 and as amended by that Fourth Amendment recorded in O.R. Vol. 1495, Page 873 and that Fifth Amendment recorded in O.R. Book 1504, Page 1954 of the same records and all amendments thereto (the “Declaration”) and as per Condominium Plat recorded in Condominium Book 16, Pages 17 through 17E, and Book 17, Pages 34 through 34D and Book 18, Pages 20 through 20D and pages 21 through 21C as amended in Condominium Book 18, Pages 38 through 38C of the same records together with the undivided share in the Common Elements appurtenant thereto as a separate estate to be owned and held independently of the other unit weeks in the Condominium Unit for and during the time periods designated in the Declaration, and to be followed by a succession of similar estates in consecutive and chronological order, revolving among the respective unit week and respective unit owners within the Condominium Unit annually until terminated as provided in the Declaration; the street addresses of which is: 1050 Ben Franklin Dr #213/01 and 1050 Ben Franklin Dr #213/02, Sarasota, FL 34236. Together with a remainder over in fee simple absolute, as tenant in common with the other unit week owners in the Condominium Unit in that percentage interest established in paragraph 4.9 of the Declaration.
