NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 27th day of September, 2011, at www.Sarasota.Realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, the undersigned Clerk will offer for sale the following real and personal property more particularly described as:
Lot 6A, Pinebrook Preserve, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 45, Pages 8 through 8C, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH: all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, appurtenances, and fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in Civil No. 2010-CA-006328-NC now pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
