ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-82 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-82 is the Plaintiff, and DOUGLAS R. ROBERTSON A/K/A DOUGLAS RAY ROBERTSON, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
LOT 16, GOLF CLUB ESTATES UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.Sarasota.realforeclose.com at 08:30 AM, on the 26th day of September, 2011. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
