ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-45 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-45 is the Plaintiff, and FELIX DONGO, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 202, BUILDING 27, ADMIRALS WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005102528, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
