DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL 1 INC. TRUST 2007-SEA1 is Plaintiff and NATASHA DUBOVICI MESHKUROV; ANDROY MESHKUROV; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 28th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 61 AND 63, LONG MEADOW, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 64 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 5.0 FEET THEREOF.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
