NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 22, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 002890 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and CRAIG E. MARQUETTE, BRIAN WEISSINGER, LYNN L. MARQUETTE, KAREN WEISSINGER, DAVID JANES and SALLY JANES, are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 o'clock A.M. on September 27, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
