NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 22 day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 008041 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY VAJDIK A/K/A JEFFREY T. VAJDIK, MEADOWS SOMERSET CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., THE MEADOWS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED, UNKNOWN TENANT (S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEFFREY VAJDIK N/K/A JEFFREY T. VAJDIK IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 27 day of September, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. on Sarasota County's Public Auction website: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 12, SOMERSET, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1436, PAGES 581 THORUGH 626, INCLUSIVE, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 36, 36A THRU 36C, AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
