TO: The Estate of M. Sandra Davanzo, deceased, the unknown spouse of M. Sandra Davanzo, if any, any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, trustees of M. Sandra Davanzo, deceased and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under or against, or having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property herein described.

The property herein described is as follows:

Unit Week No. 21, in Condominium Parcel Number 211 and Week No. 27 in Condominium Parcel No. 208, FOUR WINDS BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1419, Pages 1979 through 2064 inclusive, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Pages 46, 46A through 46G, inclusive of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, and all amendments thereto.

Last Known Address: 7510 Sunshine Skyway Lane, South, #107, St. Petersburg, Florida 33711-4953.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an Amended Complaint for foreclosure of Claim of Lien has been filed and commenced in this court by FOUR WINDS BEACH RESORT CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, in any, to it on Mark A. Hanson, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty days from the first date of publication or 10-3-11; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for four consecutive weeks in the GULF COAST BUSINESS REVIEW NEWSPAPER.
