NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 22, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-000670 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff and DAVID BERGER; PATRICIA BERGER, his wife; JOHN DOE; JANE DOE; COMMUNITY BANK OF MANATEE; THE FOREST HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 26th day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, OF FOREST AT HI HAT RANCH, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, AT PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
