NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment, dated August 22, 2011 in Case No. 2011-CA-000134-NC (C) of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NORTHERN TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NORTHERN TRUST BANK OF FLORIDA N.A., is the Plaintiff and RONALD J. STANCO; PATI STANCO; MEADOW CREEK DRIVE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORID A NON PROFIT CORPORATION; ASHTON ANIMAL CLINIC, P.A., A FLORIDA PROFIT CORPORATION, are the Defendants, the Hon. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Court, Sarasota County, Florida will sell the property located in Sarasota County, Florida to the highest and best bidder for cash.
