NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 18th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-06168, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and PAOLA E. PAULINO A/K/A PAOLA ELENA PAULINO, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR CTX MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, PARKRIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PAOLA ELENA PAULINO A/K/A PAOLA E. PAULINO N/K/A PAOLA E. PAULINO; DINORAH RACINES ABREGO A/K/A DINORAH E. RACINES-ABREGO and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
