Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on August 18, 2011 in the above-styled cause in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Begin at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 5, Block “B” of Country Club Estates, Unit #1, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 5, page 29, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, run thence southwesterly along the line separating Lot 4 and 5 of said Block “B” to the Northwesterly corner of Lot 5, thence Southeasterly to a point on the Westerly line of said Lot 50 feet from the said Northwesterly corner thereof, thence Northeasterly on a line parallel with the said line dividing said Lots 4 and 5 to a point on the Easterly or rear line of said Lot 5, 50 feet from the Northeasterly corner of said Lot, thence Northwesterly along the rear line of said Lot to the Point of Beginning.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash on September 22, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. eastern time in an online sale at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The United States of America as a lienholder shall have the right to exercise its right of redemption pursuant to Title 28, United States Code, Section 2410(c), within 120 days from the date of sale. The United States shall not be bound by the sixty day time period imposed by §45.031 Fla. Stat. upon motions for distribution of surplus proceeds.
