NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated August 18, 2011, and entered in 2009 CA 011555 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2006-5 MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-5, is the Plaintiff and MELISSA E. WEIS, LIDO BEACH CLUB ASSOCIATION, INC. C/O BETH CALLANS MGMT CORPORATION, GEORGE T. PRIOVOLOS, SUSAN PRIOVOLOS, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on September 23, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 303, LIDO BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1044, PAGE 1177, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
