NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 19th day of August, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-12527, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and SURRY CHERRY III A/K/A SURRY CHERRY, AMERICAN BANKERS INSURANCE COMPANY OF FLORIDA,
NADINE C CHERRY, UNKNOWNSPOUSE OF SURRY CHERRY III A/K/A SURRY CHERRY, JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of September, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 53 FEET OF LOT 1 AND LOT 2, BLOCK G, AMARYLLIS PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
